La Bola de Cristal was a Spanish TV Show that aired on TVE from 1984 to 1988. The show was the brainchild of Spanish writer Dolores Rico Oliver and was hosted by pop singer Alaska. The show, which was ostensibly targeted at a young audience, reflected the spirit of the times, that of the post-Franco Spanish transition and of the cultural and musical movement known as la movida. In contrast to previous shows, with a very childish use of language, it had continuous puns related to electronics: the Electroduendes puppets included Maese Cámara, Hada Vídeo and Bruja Avería as regular characters.

NOFX: Backstage Passport is a documentary series that was shown on the music network Fuse about NOFX's 2008 world tour. The show documents the stops on the tour and the band's reaction to various events. The creation of the show was noteworthy, due to the band's often noted disdain for the media including music television. NOFX: Backstage Passport was released on DVD on March 17, 2009. In August 2012 in an interview with El Hefe at SRH Festival, it was announced that there would be a season two of NOFX: Backstage Passport. Fat Mike had previously announced it via his Twitter account.

Shuriken School is a British animated series that first aired on August 20, 2006 on Nickelodeon and then on YTV a few weeks later. The Smoking Room is a British television sitcom written by Brian Dooley, who won a BAFTA for the series in 2005. The first series, consisting of eight episodes, was originally transmitted on BBC Three between 29 June and 17 August 2004. The Christmas Special was first transmitted on 20 December 2004. A second series of eight episodes began airing on 26 July 2005. The first series, including the Christmas Special, was released on DVD by the BBC on 6 February 2006 and on CD in a four-disc set on 4 April 2005. The second series was released on 16 October 2006; a boxed set containing both series was released on the same date. There will not be a third series; in an interview for the BBC News website on 30 November 2006, the actor Robert Webb who plays Robin, said in passing, "...there is no more Smoking Room". England's smoking ban, which prohibits indoor smoking in workplaces, came into force on 1 July 2007, as a result of which internal smoking rooms, like the one in which the series is set, became illegal.

It is also a series of books that spun off, from the show. The show premiered on October 20, 2001 on The Walt Disney Company's One Saturday Morning on The American Broadcasting Company and was cancelled after one season due to poor ratings. Reruns were later shown on Toon Disney.

Total Drama World Tour is the third season of the Total Drama franchise. In this series, fifteen returning contestants and three new contestants are taken on a trip around the world, and compete in cultural-themed challenges of countries they visit. An added twist in this season is that they are required to break spontaneously into song, or else be immediately eliminated.
